Becky's Wedding Part II

so, becky's back from her honeymoon and she had some way better pictures than i did of her wedding. and, i just had to post them. some are so sweet and others are just hysterical. i know i'm a dancing idiot, and now everyone knows my child got it honest. lucas is just too funy and i love him. enjoy the pictures and laughing at me.

Becky said she thinks lucas wanted to toss the garder thing ... i think he just didn't like people looking at someone other than him. who knows.

Micki's wedding ...

Here are some photos from Micki & Eric's wedding last week. It was a beautiful wedding with butterflies and fireworks!!! We had a great time and everyone looked so beautiful. As a sidenote, I do realize the bridesmaid dresses are very low cut ... it made for an interesting conversation piece though. haha ...

Becky's Wedding ...

This past weekend was Becky's wedding in Jersey. We had such a good time. I haven't been together with my best friends like that in a looooong time. And, it was great for them to see Lucas again. He is a full blown kid now with soooo much personality. I think at times he was great birth control and at other times I think they fell in love with him. Just a guess though ...

And, they were able to meet Gary, which was fun. It's always nice to have your best friends approval on who you are with. You don't always get it, but they really liked him too. It was just a great weekend and I felt really blessed to have these girls in my life along with Gary and Lucas.

Lucas did a great job. It wasn't easy having him there the whole time and dragging him all over the place. But, in the end, it was well worth it. He was hilarious on the dance floor at the reception. He wouldn't stop making these John Travolta moves. And, I have never been so complimented on my kid ever. It was a very proud moment for me. Towards the end of the night (around 11:30 p.m.) he would dance, then sit on the dance floor, the get up and dance some more. Gary said when he took him back to the hotel he stumbled like he was drunk. haha ..
And, of course, Becky was a beautiful bride!! I've never seen her so georgeous. Really, all the girls looked great. And, I'm not just saying that ... my friends are hot ;) Okay, enough rambling ... here are the photos ...

Gary and Mike went golfing during the day while the girls got ready. I was glad he had someone to hang out w/. Mike is so easy going and Gary ... he can get along with anyone. It was a great combination.

Martha, friend from college, lives close to Becky. She stopped by the rehearsal to see me and meet Luke. It was cool to see her.

Towards the end of the night, Luke went up to Bethany and said "Can you dance with me? Can you slow dance with me?" What a sweetie. And, of course, Bethany enjoyed it too. :)
